A production platform for a 12,000-member student ecosystem — the analytics layer where universities build their own dashboards.

Talentum is the web platform behind a 12,000-member student community. This case study focuses on the analytics module: a drag-and-drop dashboard builder where staff compose live views from a library of KPI widgets — admission funnels, cohort retention, conversion velocity, and university and degree breakdowns — then rearrange, resize and paginate them freely. Built end to end: payments, tiered access, CI/CD and infrastructure hardening. Designed, engineered and shipped solo.
